We needed help writing an operating agreement for our LLC that went from a sole-proprietor LLC to a three person partnership. Rob Xides was very helpful in crafting the agreement, and getting us to think about things we didn't think about on our own. He also helped us to feel confident in setting up the operating agreement with terms that worked for us, and he didn't necessarily try to coerce us into typical attorney-like contracts.
